REALISED WINNING COMPETITION PROJECT FOR A/S DAMBIS NEW OFFICE BUILDING IN RIGA, LATVIA 

RED LINE is a reconstruction of a former factory, retaining the existing piles and the column grid. It is located in a former industrial area. The new office building is comprised of 5 floor and a roof floor. The main qualities of the building are a clear structure and a  striking image, ensured by an evacuation stairwell exhibited on the front facade. The brightly painted metal panes and tinted glass gives the necessary accent and dynamism to the staircase and the building as a whole.
